Education Booth Speaker Logistics

Thank you for supporting the San Diego House Rabbit Society. We’re so excited to have you guest speak at the San Diego Bunnyfest! We appreciate your participation and so do our shelter bunnies. Here’s what you need to know to ensure your day with us runs smoothly.

All proceeds go towards defraying medical expenses for our shelter bunnies.

The speaking schedule can be found using this link: https://www.sandiegobunnyfest.org/education-booth

Each presentation should be approximately 30 minutes, followed by a 10 minute Q & A session. We have Team Leads of the booth ready to assist with moderating or helping with props.

The schedule is below:

If you would like for SDHRS to print any handouts, please email them to bunnyfest@sandiegorabbits.org by September 19, 2024, 10:00am to give us enough time to print and prep the handouts.

Following your presentation, we encourage you to spend some time exploring our different booths and vendors that will be participating:

Site Map

Please see map below of where all of our vendor and SDHRS booths will be. Please check-in at the info booth #77 to get your wrist band.

Liberty Station tends to be breezy. It’s also in the flight path so anticipate overhead airplane noise from time to time.

Parking & Unloading

For all speakers, you will have reserved spots in the parking lot with your name directly adjacent to Bunnyfest. See photo below:

Checking In

After the event begins, please go through the admissions area and let them know that you are a guest speaker. They will direct you to check in at the Info Booth, #77. This is where you will receive your wristband. Please wear your wristbands during the entire event. Please check-in with Team Lead at the Education Booth about 15-20 min before your session begins at the Education Booth or the Ask a Vet Booth.

Interviews

SDHRS will be conducting interviews with as many booth vendors, guests, volunteers and speakers as we can. If you do not want to be interviewed on camera, please let us know at bunnyfest@sandiegorabbits.org. The questions will vary depending on your company, products and services. They want to give the experience of being at Bunnyfest for our supporters who cannot attend the event in person. These videos will go on our website and social media pages.
