Food Truck Logistics Information
Thank you for supporting the San Diego House Rabbit Society. We’re so excited to have you vend at San Diego Bunnyfest! We appreciate your participation and so do our shelter bunnies. Here’s what you need to know to ensure your day with us runs smoothly.
All proceeds go towards defraying medical expenses for our shelter bunnies.

Bunnyfest is open to the public from
10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Arrival Time
Please arrive no earlier than 8:00 am as we will be marking booth locations until that time. We would like all vendors to be set-up by 9:45am.

Site Map
Liberty Station is in the flight path so anticipate overhead airplane noise from time to time. Please be patient when you arrive and during the set-up process as Liberty Station is a new venue for us. Remember, no rabbits are permitted at this year’s Bunnyfest due to the ongoing spread of Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV).
Arrival & Parking
For Food Trucks: the parking lot on the site map will have both entry points blocked with orange cones. You may get out of your truck to move the cones, drive through and put the cones back into place - or wait for one of our parking lot monitors to remove the cones for you.
Your truck’s location on the site map above will be blocked and reserved for you. Please be set up and ready for business by 7:00 am. Please ensure that nothing from your truck, including liquids, trash, or other debris, is discharged from your truck in a manner that could reach the city’s storm drain system.
Vendor Interviews
SDHRS will be doing short interviews with vendors for our social media live pages. If you do not want to be interviewed on camera, please let us know at bunnyfest@sandiegorabbits.org. The questions will vary depending on your company, products and services. They want to give the experience of being at Bunnyfest to those who cannot attend the event in person.
Departure
Please don’t leave until 4:00 pm, which is when the event ends. Take all trash from your booth to the dumpsters in the parking lot as shown on the site map above. A recycling dumpster will be provided. Please do not leave anything behind in your booth space
